An Operator Assist Fixture which picks a washer/dryer pedestal off of a conveyor line and allows the operator to place in in a hipping box.

The assist utilizes vacuum to keep the pedestal on the lift assist while the boxing operation is in process.

Once the boxing operation is complete, the operator pushes a button to release the pedestal and reset the lift assist device for the next pedestal on the conveyor.
