This custom built palletizing system was built for a manufacturer of large brake pads. The system is capable of palletizing 3000 Pads an hour.

The system was designed, built and tested at Warner Machine's facility in Louisville, Ky. the system included a custom built double turn table (a large turntable with two smaller turntables on top) with positive stops, a custom built stacker to align and stack the brake pads and move the stack into the robotic cell, a Kawasaki six axis robot, robot cell safety guarding and purpose built racks for the pads to be palletized into. Each rack is capable of securely holding 400 brake pads.
